Re: Stealth OXP

Just a small point. The release date on the OXP list for this OXP is 2011-7-13. Is this correct? If so, can you change it to 2011-07-13 as otherwise the sort by release date doesn't work?

Cheers,
Mike

Re: New version of my Fer-de-Lance 3G

Hi UK_Eliter, Thanks. If you wish to have longer descriptions, then from the OXP List you could either link to another wiki page or your own web site, but perhaps easier is to link to a post on this forum that describes your OXP(s). If you want to link to a particular message, there is a symbol next...

Re: New version of my Fer-de-Lance 3G

Hi UK_Eliter, Thanks for your new OXPs. Please keep the length of your descriptions for OXPs to be that of the existing entries in the list or shorter. The idea is that it works for as many people as possible and that descriptions fit on one line even at modest resolutions. Sorry to be anal about it...

Re: Extra Joystick axis configurations.

On Linux, if you use XBoxDrv, you can set a deadzone. I describe my setup here: http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Linux_ ... d_Gamepads

Maybe on Windows or Mac the joystick driver or a utility may allow configuration of a dead zone.

Re: Mouse control

Hi pc2099, My first post on these forums was on this subject. In the end, in the absence of mouse inversion, I opted to buy an XBox 360 controller. I have described my setup (on Linux) here if you decide to go down the gamepad/joystick path: http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Linux_Joysticks_and_Gamep...

For those who code in Python

For those of you who code in Python, a project I've been working on: Would like to announce the release of a new plugin "PyStudio" for Editra that is targeted at Python developers. Re: Shocker: OXP stats

I think that the new Javascript engines in IE9, Chrome, Safari and Firefox are so fast now that the list will probably handle a fair few more OXPs before it runs into trouble. The Work in Progress OXPs and OXPs with Problems could be moved to another page at that time, so I guess any list splitting ...

Re: Shocker: OXP stats

If the OXP List even with length restrictions gets too big for a single web page, an easy change would be to put the Ships OXPs into their own table. The fact that I'm even considering this possibility is testament to the work of all OXP authors in producing so many high quality OXPs. The most impre...

Re: Pioneer Alpha 10 promotion :)

I saw a video here which looked impressive: http://www.myvidster.com/video/1589455/Pioneer_spacesimulator_a_remake_of_David_Brabens_Elite_Frontier Perhaps it would be good to borrow some of Pioneer's ideas for Oolite 2, particularly being able to fly down onto a planet's surface and see the terrain ...

Re: (NEW RELEASE)ShieldEqualizer+Capacitorv1.0.oxp

Hi CommonSenseOTB, Congratulations on the release of your OXP and thanks for adding it to the OXP List. I have taken the liberty of shortening your description on the OXP List page as if all OXPs had descriptions as long as yours, the list would need to be split into multiple pages which would make ...

Re: (NEW RELEASE)(BUGFIXED) Shield Equalizer and Capacitor O

Hi CommonSenseOTB,

Can you apply for a wiki account from Ahruman and add your OXP(s) to the wiki?

EDIT: DOH! I didn't read your last post

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Save Anywhere

Welcome back!

Frame is the author of Save Anywhere. Not sure what his plans are. Anyone know what Frame's up to?

You can see what new OXPs there are since you last played here:
http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/OXP_List

You can sort by date.

Cheers,
Mike
