Why the NPC-ships not can activated Q-Bomb? Certainly NPC ships in some OXPs can use Q-Bombs.. the more dangerous marks in Random Hits carry them as a last-ditch defence or from-the-grave revenge attack. To me, that very much sounds like a bug.. given that it's an uncommon one, it may well be due to incompatibility with some other OXP.
