Tried it and the same happened again (dropped from inexperienced to newly appointed). Here's what I saw in the debug console - took the contract (Hatred : 1448. Events Timer : 512. Dockings : 9. I neither killed the mark cowardly (would I've got the credits in that case?) nor did I cancel a contract. I'm a bit confused...

After killing a (high-level) mark and receiving my "fistful of credits" my reputation dropped from a "a fearsome great one" to "an inexperienced great one".
Shouldn't the reputation increase or stay at the same level instead?

Not sure if this is a trunk nightly problem or not ...

There's a small problem with parcel deliveries:
When there's only one contract available the game omits the parcel list (where the fee is visible) and instead displays the chart (no fee visible).

OOlite version: latest trunk nightly (8e64fbb)

One question, have you just dealt with revenge? No - the revenge was a bit later (3 jumps later AFAIR) And is that warning from a screen after docking or communication from another ship? When in the long range chart (regardless if in flight or docked) you can't toggle the TAF / FPS display (Shift-F). This also happens in some of the F4 subscreens. I can confirm this.
The shipyard is always named after the (ultimate) hyperspace destination system although in my case there aren't only Morays for sale.

When scooping processed splinters OOlite crashes with nothing in the logs. I've tried it with the nightly builds 211d9ba and ee85ab2 (Windows 64bit). Ah, let's face it, we're never going to find common ground on this. Common ground is a core came with no OXPs. Any OXP is - in one way or the other - unbalancing.
