ILS is not declared in manifest.plist as conflicting and I have no reasons to do it. Player will have possibility to install both expansion packs. It seems quite safe.

I personally think external and internal tanks are complementary, not conflicting items. Sometimes you may need as much fuel as you can take.

Yes, cloaking distance is limited. Adder may close distance to 17 km being undetected - still beyond beam laser hit range. Moreover, any large ship or station reveals all cloaked ships in scanner range. It is fair play I think.

Update: OXP category in manifest.plist changed to "Equipment".
I was too focused on another OXPs and just edit manifest.plist without critical thinking :oops:

The only critical remark: system TL as number IMHO is more human-friendly format than "barcode" TL indicator (I know, TL was presented in original Galaxy Guide in this format too).

Nothing wrong with Interstellar Help or Wormhole Restoration - it is just matter of personal taste. In my Ooniverse misjumps just sometimes happens and nobody comes to help.
