Another star system, another crash... Launched Oolite from the command line, running it from a window, got maybe 3 or 4 jumps before a crash... If the fuel scoop is truly a "scoop" that could one reasonably extrapolate that speed would play a significant factor in the ability to scoop. i.e. the faster you go the faster you scoop.
