Giles, I looked out for an appropriate sweatshirt but . . . we *were* quite a reasonable crowd.

And they do have decent beer down there - I had Bombardier but didn't have time to try the Angelic (6.3%).

Not quite - about 2,500 short, IIRC.

That's a brand new commander in a brand new Cobra, 1 jump. Perhaps I'll jump around a bit in my current commander and see what I can find.

Eh. I just upgraded to 1.35, dropped the unzipped file H1.01_test.oxp into Oolite/AddOns, and . . . there's nothing there. I've checked at a TL 6 and 7 planet, and it's not for sale.

Wow. That was an interesting read. I completed the Constrictor mission at the weekend, before stumbling over here. I read something over on an original Elite site that mentioned this mission, where it said the Constrictor is impervious to the energy bomb. Er, that's how I destroyed it. First time I ...
