The winner of this year's Nobel Prize for Physics won a Ignobel Prize ten years ago for levitating live frogs with magnetism.

I think my favourites were the scientist's beards - for whatever reason that reminded me of the scientists in Douglas Adams' universe.
those finding out the one thing they really couldn't stand ...
